So, if you are ever bored and need something to do, then try a puzzle.
  • Chess – a classic chess game can help you increase your problem-solving abilities, your ability to think and react rapidly,and it also promotes social bonding when played with others.
  • Read – reading is a favorite pastime for many people, and rightly so. When reading, the body can enhance concertation, intelligence, and skills as you learn and acquire more knowledge.
  1. Self-love

Most importantly, do not forget to love yourself. Treat your body and mind with the care that it needs and deserves. Just because you are suffering does not mean that you deserve the suffering that has been inflicted upon you.
