Car Seats for Children

From conception until around 18–24 months*

Suitable for children weighing up to 13 kg (UN R044/4 & UN R129) and measuring 45 cm to 87 cm (UN R129).

Our CYBEX Cloud and Aton baby car seats are intended to keep newborns safe from the start. These include unique characteristics including lightweight, ease of modification to accommodate a growing infant, and the ability to be put on a stroller so you can simply continue your journey outside of the vehicle.

* The Cloud Z i-Size, Aton M, Aton M i-Size, and Aton B are meant to be worn until the child reaches the age of 24 months. All other CYBEX baby car seats are suitable for children aged 18 months and higher.

Car Seats That Convert

From birth until around four years

Suitable for youngsters weighing up to 18 kg and measuring 45 cm to 105 cm (UN R129)

Our Sirona car seats may be used rear-facing until the child reaches the age of 15 months, and either forward-facing or rear-facing thereafter**.

* Sirona M2 i-Size is suited for youngsters up to 19 kg in weight.

* Sirona Z i-Size R is exclusively for rear-facing usage.

Car Seats That Convert

From the age of 9 months to 12 years

Children from 9 kg to 36 kg are recommended (UN R44)

When your kid is old enough, the Pallas line of car seats may be changed into high-back booster seats.

An impact shield is used to safeguard your kid between the ages of 9 and 18 kg (about 9 months to 4 years). An ISOFIX base is also used to attach certain Pallas seats in the car. The impact shield and base (if applicable) are removed when the kid gets older, and the youngster is secured using the vehicle’s 3-point seatbelt.

Booster Seats with a High Back

From the age of three to twelve years

Suitable for youngsters weighing between 15 kg and 36 kg and measuring between 100 cm and 150 cm (UN R129) (UN R44)

Our Solution high-back booster seats provide a comfortable ride for your kid while also providing safety features like Linear Side-impact Protection and a reclining headrest to keep their head from slipping forward.

What are the car seat age ranges?

From birth to about 12 years old, CYBEX car seats may meet your child’s travel safety demands. The age ranges used by CYBEX car seats are summarised here. Please note that all age ranges are estimates; you must examine your child’s height or weight to determine whether or not a car seat is appropriate for them:

From conception to around 18–24 months*

The Cloud and Aton lines of infant car seats are available. These are meant to accommodate youngsters ranging in height from 45 to 87 cm and weighing up to 13 kg.

From birth to around four years

From birth to 15 months, the Sirona line of car seats may be used rear-facing, and thereafter either rear-facing or forward-facing until the child is four years old*. These are meant to accommodate youngsters ranging in height from 45 to 105 cm and weighing up to 18 kg**.

* Sirona Z i-Size R is exclusively for rear-facing usage.

** A youngster weighing up to 19 kg may be supported by Sirona M2 i-Size.

From 9 months to 12 years (about)

The Pallas series is height adjustable, so it may grow with your kid until they are around 12 years old. These are meant to support youngsters weighing between 9 and 36 kg.
